Through an enlargement of its service range, Register.it SpA has succeeded in exceeding 120,000 domain registrations, thus confirming its status as Italy's leading registrar. Managing director of the company, Bruno Piarulli, has just returned from ICANN's latest round of talks (held on 10 September in Montevideo, Uruguay): it emerges that there are now more than 10 million registered domains throughout Europe; Germany and the UK lead the pack, with the Netherlands and Italy following on.
